Annual Options Counseling Refresher (Training, Evaluation, and Certification)

Required for Options Counselors; recommended for professionals who determine the need for Options Counseling, those who supervise Options Counselors, and Executive Directors. (Approximately 30 minutes)

Registration and Log-in:
Agency staff can access all posted resources and modules at any time without a log-in. However, only your "username" and "password" will provide you access to post-quizzes; enable the system to track your progress; and provide you with certification based upon your staff role. Staff new to the system must create a username and password prior to taking your first quiz. Staff already registered with the system should use your existing username and password and not create new ones.
