StopBullying.gov has launched a free online bullying prevention and response training course. This professional
development tool provides guidance on how to take a public health approach to bullying prevention through long-term, communitywide prevention strategies. The self-directed training allows stakeholders to test their knowledge on the latest research, statistics, and best practices on bullying prevention and response and to earn continuing education credits.

Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff - Virginia's Health and Safety Training
This FREE online course introduces child care staff to important health and safety information
and also addresses other areas such as child development, inclusion, Virginia resources, and Virginia's Subsidy and Licensing Programs. Participants will earn a 10-hour training certificate
upon completion and CEU's! Completion of the training is required for all staff who work in a program that receives State Child Care Subsidy Program funds, but all Virginia child care staff are welcome and strongly encouraged to take this FREE course. Please check with your
employer to determine if your program receives Subsidy funds and you are required to
complete the training.

The Virginia Department of Social Services is partnering with Pennsylvania State University's
Better Kid Care Program to bring this course to you. To access the course, click on the
course title above. If you already have an account with Better Kid Care, sign in to On-Demand,
