Spring Transition Lunch and Learn Workshop - Begin with the End in Mind
Join colleagues from your region at this afternoon workshop focused on post-secondary transition planning and services. Engage with our keynote presentation during a lunch and learn (lunch provided). Then choose two breakout sessions with topics such as fostering community engagement, transition assessments, and using data to make decisions for transition planning.
