Bio:

I am currently serving as a systems coach for VTSS, supporting LEAs across Virginia. My professional passion lies in advocating for mental health and social justice. Originally from Buffalo, NY, I have proudly called Virginia home for the past 25 years, though my allegiance to the Buffalo Bills remains strong. Go Bills!
